Multisectoral action to cover all states and union territories in 100 selected districts with CSR
Ministry of Human Resource Development and Ministry of Health and Family Affairs has taken joint steps to make sure the survival and protection of girl’s education. These divert Multisectoral, combined hard work for the management of BBBP from all departments at the level of district collectors/ Deputy Commissioners (DC).

Age Limit for BBBP Scheme:
Every girl up to 10 years of age is eligible for this scheme and this scheme has been set completely tax free.
The best part of this Scheme:
The account will mature when the girl reaches 21 years from the time of the opening, she can receive the money only at the age of 18 years for her higher education and when he reach 21 years then she can use the money for her marriage.
