The main objective of the portal is to be as a one-stop solution for all scholarship related quires of students. Here you can avail all the scholarship related to the students from different Government departments at single place.
Registration process:
- Click on the student login section on National Scholarship portal
- Then click on the “New User? Register” option
- After that read the display registration and then click on Continue button
- Then fill all the registration details carefully
- Click on Register button
- After successful registration, 20 digit temporary registration number will be given to an applicant
- The applicant gets a temporary registration number on mobile through SMS, when they complete the registration process
- After a successful application process, the Permanent ID is generated

Log in process:
- Then students log in with the temporary registration number and their date of birth
- After successful login enter the applicant required details like
- Academic details: Here enter the student previous and present academic details
- Scholarship scheme details: Here list of the scholarship schemes will display on the screen
- Personal bank account details: Here the candidates have to enter their correct personal bank information
- Then upload all the required documents after selecting respected scholarship
- Contact details: To complete the application process you have to submit the correct contact details
- After successful completion of the process then take the printout of the application form
- Applicants also check their his/her application status by “check your status” option

- Domicile Certificate (compulsory)
- Photo of the student
- Aadhar Card

- Verification form of the Institute (compulsory)
- Previous year mark sheet
- Bank Account proof with student name (compulsory)
- Fee slip of current academic course (compulsory)

National scholarship portal application form submission process:
Before submitting the application form applicant need to check the entered details once. After submission, candidates will not allow making any changes in an application form. So check the details carefully and submit the form
Process to print the scholarship application form:
- After successful completion of the application procedure, an applicant need to click the “print your application”
- Then take the printout of online application form for future use
Renewal scholarship for students through NSP:
Renewals students need to apply for their bank account number also the date of birth that registered previous year. If in case students can retrieve their ID by using “Forget Registration ID” button
